Fractalcore Vision

All OG Forms in the Fractalcore Origins collection are 1/1 unique visual art forms cryptographically secured on the Ethereum L2 Base blockchain. An archival contract will be on Ethereum L1 to list information such as NFT licenses, the addresses of any additional smart contracts such as L2 contracts, and any additional information for project provenance.

Fractalcore Origins OG Forms serves as the primary introductory art for the Fractalcore mythos and will continue to grow into the future with entirely 1/1 digital art.

Open Prints such as premium wall art (posters, metal prints, wood, etc), along with other physical goods such as clothing and apparel and other premium goods.

Limited Edition specially printed physical editions.

Future expansion possibilities include ongoing drops of OG Forms, potential touring for music with visuals and the development of the mythos in various mediums (animation, games, films, books, etc). This could include a community goods portal with 3D models(characters, creatures, landscapes) and design resources modifiable for different projects. These ideas depend on the overall growth of the project and resources available.

NFT License Agreement for Fractalcore Origins

AMENDED AND RESTATED DIGITAL ART LICENSE

This Amended and Restated Digital Art License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Abnormia Recordings, Inc. ("Creator") and the lawful owner or buyer of the non-fungible ERC-721 token ("NFT") associated with "Fractalcore Origins OG Forms" ("Buyer") located on the Ethereum Layer 2 Base chain smart contract address: 0xcd93ebbf9dbde73ce94895b5cd493f5dc8463eb7.

This document officially amends, restates, and supersedes in its entirety any prior version or draft of the license associated with this smart contract and collection.

1. Ownership

Abnormia Recordings, Inc. retains 100% sole ownership, title, and interest in the intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, narrative mythos, and underlying visual designs of the Fractalcore universe.

2. Grant of License

The lawful owner of a qualifying Fractalcore Origins NFT is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-commercial, personal license to display, enjoy, and utilize the artwork associated with their specific token.

3. Commercial Restrictions

No commercial rights, franchise privileges, or sublicensing rights are granted under this token. The creation of commercial derivative works (including but not limited to commercial apparel, games, literature, or media) is strictly prohibited without a separate, bespoke corporate agreement executed in writing by the Creator.

4. Ecosystem Utility

Token ownership serves strictly as an access key for verified ecosystem experiences, token-gated content, and digital provenance within the Fractalcore universe.

5. Creator Rights Reserve (Prints & Merchandise)

The Creator explicitly reserves the exclusive right to reproduce, manufacture, and distribute commercial physical merchandise, including but not limited to open-edition art prints, posters, apparel, and lifestyle items featuring the artwork from any token in this collection. The Buyer acknowledges that ownership of a 1/1 NFT signifies digital provenance and scarcity of the token itself, but does not restrict the Creator from commercially exploiting the underlying visual artwork or mythos across physical or digital mediums.
